Thanks. I really need to categorize them in a way that means something to people other than myself.

Adam, I clicked on your Fried Okra recipe, but it took me to a page that seems to have nothing to do with Fried Okra. What am I missing? Thanks.

Oops! You were missing the correct link, and that was my bad. Sorry for the inconvenience. Should be fixed now. Thanks for stopping by!

Thanks for the response, Adam. I also got your email. I’ve done the same thing; it took me a while to realized that if I modified a recipe, the old link wouldn’t work. Thanks again!

Thanks for following my Tea Foodie blog, Adam! I love your style. Can’t wait to try out your fried okra recipe. I spent my high school and college years in North Carolina where I developed a fondness for it. Don’t see much of it in Denver, CO.

Zanitea – And here I was thinking that Denver was a melting pot! Thanks for stopping by and for your kind words.

Awesome. As an Australian I’m pretty familiar with most cuisines, but not American… And American food is getting really trendy here right now! What’s your all time number one favourite American dish, be it North, South or Central?

    • June 29, 2012 6:12 pm

Wow, Liv. Good question. I supposed my number one American dish of all time is southern — fried okra (see Confession No. 45). But, okra, like pretty much every thing else, has its roots elsewhere. I am also a hot dog fanatic (see Confession No. 6), but that has its roots well east of us (Germany). Of course, I’m also down with anything Tex-Mex.

I paid a visit to your wife’s garage sale today and she gave me your card. This is the first time I’ve visited your blog, but I like what I see. I appreciate your writing skills and sense of humor and find that the blogs I subscribe to have to make me laugh! Your wife will remember when I tell you that I am a former Weight Watchers leader. I look forward to reading more.

Thank you! So, out of that garage sale, I lost my coveted Kitchen Aid mixer … but I gained a reader. Welcome to my world!
